A safe space to heal and grow along your     journey of illness, caregiving and loss

About Me

About Me

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating critical and chronic illnesses, including end-of-life issues, caregiving challenges, and grief.

I have spent the past decade practicing at Westchester Jewish Community Services, including roles as Coordinator of their community-based palliative care program, Bereavement Coordinator, and most recently, Assistant Executive Director of Health and Healing Services.Through lectures and teaching engagements, I've addressed a range of topics such as ambiguous loss, dementia caregiving, anticipatory grief, family dynamics in illness, and compassionate communication with the dying. At WJCS Educational Institute, I facilitated grief classes for clinicians, debunking outdated myths and introducing contemporary theories.

In my private practice I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions.  My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are emotionally. I honor each client's unique narrative and experiences, guiding you toward a path of restoration and hope. I eagerly look forward to hearing your story.
